Ah.I don't know the process hacker was ilegal.i can explain why i use it.I have windows 10 and i use discord and everytime when i open a game my discord priority is set to low (idk why) and i use process hacker to lock the priority of discord to above normal or high because if is low priority i can't hear anything on discord.

You can prioritize processes by using windows task Manager, and no other programs are required.
