1) Cars jump even without wheels, this is a feature of the physics of objects.
2) There is a limited number of cars on the map. When you buy a car from a merchant, another car that is in someone's possession disappears.
3) All problems with cars or because of cars (except for theft from Trade zone) belong to p 1.8 of the server rules:
1.8 Any problems with the game (crashes, crashes from the game, unplanned server restarts, etc.), within the game (both game errors and its bugs, glitches, crashes) are not grounds for the return and/or recovery of any in-game items and property (including Donat). We must understand that the game is imperfect, and this kind of thing can happen at any time.
